Nowadays, various modern recruitment methods are used in the active search for candidates, including job portals, social networks and innovative direct approach (active sourcing). After an extensive screening of applicants, the recruiter organizes interviews with the selected candidates and often accompanies them personally. Last but not least, a recruiter usually also conducts contract negotiations and ensures that the company gets the best possible candidates for open positions.
