We support the Duisburg Charter for Compatibility

Reconciling work, family and personal life is a central component of a modern working environment. This is why we support the Duisburg Charter for Compatibility - an initiative that encourages companies to actively promote an appreciative and life-phase-orientated corporate culture.

The charter was launched by the City of Duisburg, the Lower Rhine Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the employers' association and stands for future-orientated corporate management. By signing the charter, companies commit to creating framework conditions that take into account the individual needs of their employees - be it through flexible working time models, support when returning to work after taking time off or the promotion of diversity and equal opportunities.

As part of the Duisburg Alliance for Compatibility, we are also sending out a clear signal: We want to offer our employees a working environment that not only enables professional development, but also leaves room for personal fulfilment.
