What awaits you
- Independently reviewing, commenting on and negotiating customer contracts, general terms and conditions and special terms and conditions in German and English
- Close coordination of contractual content with the relevant internal departments (e.g. sales, legal, technology)
- Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual and internal company requirements, in particular with regard to Incoterms, payment and delivery conditions
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of standardized contract documents
- Creating and checking the content of order confirmations and outgoing invoices
- Comprehensive commercial support for customer orders, including recording, maintenance and monitoring in the ERP system
- Active participation in the further development and optimization of ERP-supported processes in contract and order management
What you should bring
- You have successfully completed a commercial-legal training, for example as a commercial lawyer or industrial clerk with a corresponding additional qualification in contract law or contract management.
- You have sound professional experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts and in commercial order processing, ideally in an international environment and preferably in mechanical and plant engineering.
- You are familiar with ERP systems and the common MS Office applications.
- You communicate confidently in German and have a good command of written and spoken English.
- Your way of working is structured, solution-oriented and characterized by entrepreneurial thinking.
- On a personal level, you are a convincing team player with strong communication skills and a high degree of negotiating confidence.
