  • Assuming overall responsibility for the electrical engineering aspects of machinery, systems, and equipment
  • Providing technical and disciplinary leadership to employees in the electronics department
  • Ensuring technical availability and continuously optimizing production facilities
  • Developing and implementing innovative electrical engineering solutions to improve production processes
  • Coordinating maintenance, repair, and modernization measures
  • Analyzing technical malfunctions and deriving sustainable improvement measures
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations, standards, and safety requirements in the field of electrical engineering
  • Participating in energy management and preparing for and supporting audits
  • Preparation and evaluation of technical reports, key performance indicators, and action plans
  • Close collaboration with production, maintenance, occupational safety, and other departments

What you should bring

  • Completed training as an electronics technician, electrician, or in a comparable field
  • Advanced training as an industrial foreman in electrical engineering, a state-certified technician, or a completed degree in electrical engineering
  • At least three years of professional experience in the electrical engineering field, including initial or several years of leadership responsibility
  • Ideally, experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in the food industry
  • Certification as a qualified electrical specialist or willingness to complete this training
  • In-depth knowledge of the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PLC-controlled machines and systems
  • Experience in energy management and in supporting audits
  • Good knowledge of relevant electrical engineering regulations, standards, and legal requirements
  • A structured, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Strong leadership skills and decisiveness
  • Fluency in spoken and written German
