  • Leading and Developing the IT Service Management Team
  • Managing the Service Desk as the central point of contact for IT issues
  • Optimizing workflows, responsibilities, and service processes
  • Monitoring service levels, key performance indicators, and quality standards
  • Identifying and implementing improvement measures
  • Working closely with IT, business units, and external customers
  • Supporting change processes within the service organization

What you should bring

  • A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification is desirable
  • Experience in IT services, service management, or customer service
  • Understanding of service-oriented processes, key performance indicators, and structured workflows
  • Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented work style
  • Confidence in dealing with diverse interests
  • Very good command of German
