- Leading and Developing the IT Service Management Team
- Managing the Service Desk as the central point of contact for IT issues
- Optimizing workflows, responsibilities, and service processes
- Monitoring service levels, key performance indicators, and quality standards
- Identifying and implementing improvement measures

- Supporting change processes within the service organization
What you should bring
- A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification is desirable
- Experience in IT services, service management, or customer service
- Understanding of service-oriented processes, key performance indicators, and structured workflows
- Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented work style
- Confidence in dealing with diverse interests
- Very good command of German
