• Independent implementation of monthly payroll accounting for a defined group of employees
• Maintenance and administration of personnel master data and time management systems
• Contact person (m/f/d) for employees, managers and external bodies for all payroll-related issues
• Implementation of legal, collective bargaining and operational requirements in payroll accounting
• Cooperation with social insurance institutions, tax offices and other authorities

What you should bring

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in payroll accounting or human resources
• Professional experience in payroll accounting
• Sound knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
• Confident handling of accounting systems (e.g. DATEV LODAS) and MS Office
• Discretion, accuracy and ability to work in a team
