• Supporting the HR team in day-to-day operations, including candidate screening and applicant management
• Collaborating on the optimization and management of HR processes
• Supporting employee development initiatives
• Preparing presentations, reports, and decision-making documents
• Compiling and analyzing employee surveys and questionnaires
• Evaluating and analyzing HR key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Independently taking on and handling selected HR topics and projects
• Organizing and coordinating special topics, as well as providing support for cross-functional projects

What you should bring

• You are a currently enrolled student in business administration with a focus on human resources, personnel management, or a comparable program
• Ideally, you’ve already gained some initial practical experience in human resources
• You are proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• You have a strong aptitude for numbers and enjoy conducting analyses and evaluations.
• You work in a structured, independent, and meticulous manner
• You are characterized by strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach
• You take the initiative and are happy to take responsibility for your tasks
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
