Co-Creation Camp of the Employer Forge South Westphalia!
We are taking part in the first Co-Creation Camp organised by Arbeitgeberschmiede Südwestfalen!
For the first time, the transformation and change network "Arbeitgeberschmiede Südwestfalen" (South Westphalia Employer Forge ) will form a pan-regional alliance to strengthen and further develop the region's cross-industry "employer attractiveness". The central question is: How can the successful global market leader and economic region of South Westphalia develop into a top employer region under the strong seal of "Südwestfalen - Alles echt!"?
The co-operation project was initiated by seven committed partners: Südwestfalen Agentur GmbH (which is in charge of the project), the South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences, the University of Siegen, Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences, agentur mark GmbH, the economic development agency of the district of Siegen-Wittgenstein and Wirtschaftsförderung Kreis Soest GmbH. The partners are implementing various components of the overall programme in "impulse labs".
The project will run for three years until 31 December 2026 and is being financed by the "Regio.NRW - Transformation" programme with funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
At the 1st Co-Creation Camp on 16 April in Plettenberg, participants will have the opportunity to get to know the Impulse Labs' planned offerings and exchange ideas with the project managers. Alexander Wohlfahrt was there as a representative of International Recruitment and was able to take away some interesting ideas. We are really looking forward to this project and are excited to see how it progresses.
