Well prepared for the training!
At the beginning of their training, the avitea and avitea Industrieservice trainees attended a workshop on stress management.
The workshop focused on tips and tricks on how they can best get through their training "stress-free". Stress management, i.e. the right way to deal with stress, is an important part of this. In order to avoid stressful situations or prevent them from arising in the first place, our trainees received optimal training. After the workshop, the trainees were given the opportunity to talk to each other.
We hope they continue to enjoy their training and have an instructive time.
