Our guest Sebastian Wächter - sitting in a wheelchair - immediately creates a curious atmosphere among his colleagues with his presence on stage. The unagitated way in which he talks about his accident, the exhausting fight back to life - you could easily ask what this has to do with my work in the scheduling department of a personnel service provider. But Sebastian Wächter, who works as a coach for numerous companies, manages to make the connection. What attitude, what mindset helped him to find his way? And, conversely, to point out the parallels to his colleagues: How do I deal with change processes, how do we overcome challenges? 

Sebastian Wächter's solutions are pragmatic, even if, admittedly, this is never a straightforward and simple path in real life. Sebastian Wächter asks questions that you can ask in any situation - professional or private. Do I simply hope that the old circumstances will return so that I don't have to change? What does acceptance mean?It certainly doesn't mean that I have to like the change. What is my focus? What room for maneuver do I have? What is my mindset? Am I in an upward or downward spiral mentally? Who is responsible and am I in a position to ask for help?
