Relieving the burden on our employees is our main focus.

Most people are confronted with one or more of these questions in the course of their lives. We at avitea would like to support you and have therefore formed strong alliances. BUK Familienservice: Reconciling work and family life

BUK Familienservice is our consulting and mediation partner for all questions regarding childcare and parenthood. In concrete terms, this means that all employees of avitea and avitea Industrieservice can contact the specialist advisors at BUK Familienservice for advice on the subject of combining career and family.

In which situations can the BUK Family Service help me? 

Parenthood - Are you expecting an addition to your family and would like to find out about the various options for parental allowance and parental leave? During your consultation with the BUK Family Service, you will be shown the legal framework. Together with the specialist advisors, you will work out your personal roadmap for family leave and returning to work  

Childcare - For a successful return to work, early planning makes sense. The consultants of the BUK Family Service will explain the different forms of childcare to you. Whether it's a daycare place, daycare in a small group or support from an au pair, the consultation will tell you everything you need to know about waiting lists, costs and municipal differences. The BUK consultants are also happy to provide active support in finding childcare places in daycare centers or with daycare providers  

Care for school children - As soon as your children start elementary school or move on to secondary school, a new care situation usually arises. Not all schools offer OGS places (open all-day school). Who takes care of lunch or homework help when parents have to work? For this situation, too, the expert advisors will present possible solutions and arrange caregivers  

Emergency situations - You can obtain information from the BUK Family Service regarding the long-term planning of your children's care situation as well as in emergency situations. Do not hesitate to contact the specialist advisors if you find yourself in an emergency situation regarding the care of your children. The BUK Family Service will clarify legal issues for you and help you find a substitute for your lost childcare.

There you will find all the latest information on childcare and parenthood - simply explained and supported by official brochures from the ministries. In addition, podcasts, downloads and the free service line await you. The customer login offers you a good first overview of the topic of childcare and parenthood and is regularly updated by the expert advisors. So save yourself a lot of Googling and log in directly to the customer login at www.buk-familienservice.de/kundenlogin.

WDS.care: Reconciling care and career

It is not uncommon for employees to take on the care or partial care of a relative in need of care. We have also found a strong partner for such situations. The consultants at WDS.care offer all avitea and avitea Industrieservice employees free support on all aspects of care, the need for care and the compatibility of care and work.

What applications do I have to submit if a relative requires care? What bureaucratic hurdles will I face? How can I get support with care activities, for example from an outpatient care service? How can I apply for caregiver leave? For all these and other questions, the care consultants of WDS.care are available to you by telephone and in person  

What can WDS.care specifically support me with? 

Applications and forms - The care consultants at WDS.care help you find your way through the bureaucratic jungle. The various applications and forms are often a great challenge, especially when the need for care begins, but also later in the course of care. WDS.care provides you with tips and advice on which applications to submit, how to fill them out correctly and which deadlines must be met. This may involve, for example, determining the degree of care, applying for care allowances or prescribing aids.

Consulting - In connection with the need for care of relatives, many people sooner or later reach their limits. Whether it is a question of reconciling work and home, the challenges of everyday life as a caring relative, or the equipment in the home of the person requiring care, the consultants at WDS.care can help quickly, easily and discreetly. Of course, the advice is always given in a confidential setting  

Care training - If you wish, the care consultants can also visit you at home or in the home of your relative in need of care. During these home visits, both specific advice and personal training can take place. You can discuss with the care advisor which training is most suitable for you. For example, they can focus on hygiene, dementia or exercise and always take place together with the family member requiring care.

Mediation - In the context of caring for a relative, the need for external support often arises. This can involve support in the home from domestic helpers or outpatient care services, but also the arrangement of a place in a nursing home. WDS.care has a comprehensive care database with over 200,000 cooperation partners. Simply contact your care advisor by phone to initiate a search and placement request  

How do I reach the nursing consultants of WDS.care? 

By telephone - You can call 0201/177 848-84 for telephone care advice. The care consultants from WDS.care will help you quickly and easily. If desired, a personal appointment can also be made here directly at your home. 

Via contact form / eldercare portal - You can also submit your request to the eldercare advisors via the contact form on the www.unser-eldercare.de website. You will then be called back in the time slot of your choice. In the eldercare portal you will also find a lot of useful information and links on the subject of care.

In your home - A home appointment with a care consultant:in can be about a variety of topics. You may want to improve the living conditions in your home and make the apartment or house suitable for care. Perhaps there is also a need for care aids such as hygiene articles or gloves. The care consultants at WDS.care can give you tips and refer you directly to a crafts company or help you organize aids for your daily needs. In addition, training sessions for you and your family member can take place during home visits  

In the company - The personal contact person from WDS.care is regularly on site at avitea in Lippstadt. Here you can spontaneously visit the open care consultation hour or book an appointment in advance via the eldercare portal of WDS.care. As with the home visits, the care consultation hour ensures a confidential setting for the consultation.  

What are the costs I can expect? 

Our WDS.care care consulting service is also completely free of charge for all avitea and avitea Industrieservice employees. All telephone consultations, home visits, training courses, nursing consultations and training courses that you make use of through WDS.care are free of charge for you.
